HELLO, I'M
Passionate about mechanical design, CAD, CAE, manufacturing and aerospace engineering.
I am a final-year Mechanical Engineering student at Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jhansi.
My interests lie in mechanical design, CAD modelling, CAE simulation, manufacturing and product development. I enjoy converting engineering concepts into practical and functional designs.
I am particularly interested in the automotive and aerospace industries, with a long-term goal of working in advanced mechanical and propulsion engineering.
3D modelling, assemblies, mechanical design and product development.
CFD analysis, simulation, flow analysis and engineering validation.
Engineering drawings, drafting, 2D layouts and technical documentation.
Geometric dimensioning, tolerancing and engineering standards.
Machine components, mechanisms, assemblies and design optimization.
Manufacturing processes, materials and production concepts.
Designed and assembled V8, V6, and Inline-4 architectures in SOLIDWORKS, applying GD&T tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure accurate part fit.
Designed and simulated a planetary gear set in ANSYS, running motion and FEA analysis to validate gear ratios and target performance.
Developed a complete suspension and shock-absorber assembly, modeling kinematic behavior and spring-damper interaction for ride quality.
Built a microcontroller-based vehicle featuring autonomous navigation, motor control algorithms, and ultrasonic real-time obstacle detection.
Modeled an automotive differential system to analyze and demonstrate torque distribution across the powertrain.
Organized MECH MOTION 2.0 and led cross-functional technical collaboration for student automotive design initiatives.
Relevant coursework includes Thermodynamics, Solid Mechanics, Machine Design, Heat & Mass Transfer, and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
Established a STEM lab at a PM SHRI school, coordinating equipment setup and conducting hands-on technical training demonstrations.
Supported manufacturing, heat treatment, and non-destructive inspection (NDI) of LHB coach wheels and axle bearing assemblies.
I'm open to opportunities in mechanical design, CAD, CAE, automotive and aerospace engineering.
